LIVESTREAM: 20-min morning session to start the day with optimal alignment, gently activate the body and maintain a regular routine.
Monthly subscription in 3 options:
I want to move it, yes, yes, yes – 5x/week to keep the pelvic floor super fit and reactive (Monday to Friday)
Super Maxx – 3x/week for those who are committed and want to stay consistent (3 x 20-minute sessions to choose from, Monday to Friday)
Smooth and constant – 2x/week, because once a week isn’t enough. A gentle and regular way to do something good for your body (2 x 20-minute sessions to choose from, Monday to Friday)
3 time slots – 7:10–7:30, 7:35–7:55, or 8:00–8:20am

After Work
IN–STUDIO OR LIVESTREAM: 60-minute full-body session from head to toe with changing focuses. Corrects poor posture and relieves tension from the day, keeping your body fit and beautiful.

Français – Cycle power
LIVESTREAM: Class held in French – 60 minutes of full-body practice – improve mobility, strength, and flow for a toned figure and graceful presence

English – Tigerfeeling Powertraining
IN-STUDIO OR LIVESTREAM: 60-minute training connecting body and mind and strengthening the profound muscles, fascias and bones from heel to head

Saturday morning Fever
IN-STUDIO: For weekend athletes – two 60-minute in-studio classes with hands-on coaching – pelvic floor focus and varying special topics
2 time slots – 9:30–10:30 or 10:45–11:45am

Introduction Workshop
IN-STUDIO: A MUST before starting livestream classes – 120 minutes (including 45 minutes theory) for a deeper understanding of the method and movement sequences
